These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by Delhivery Packers and Movers. When a customer books any of our services, it is understood that they accept these terms. We encourage every customer to review these conditions carefully before confirming a relocation.

Delhivery Packers and Movers provides complete shifting solutions, including packing, loading, transportation, unloading, unpacking, storage, and vehicle relocation. The exact scope of services depends on the package chosen during booking. All bookings must be confirmed through a call, written message, email, or online form. A booking is valid only after our team confirms it, and acceptance of any request is subject to availability.

Service charges are calculated based on distance, manpower required, type and quantity of goods, packing materials, floor levels, and any additional services requested. If there are any changes in inventory, destination, route, or service requirements, charges may be revised accordingly. Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their relocation, including item lists, locations, and special handling needs. Access points, entrances, and lifts at both pickup and drop locations must be clear and available for use by our team.

We use high-quality packing materials to ensure safe handling of items. Customers must remove and personally carry valuables such as jewelry, important documents, cash, and delicate items requiring special care. These should not be packed with normal household goods. Transit insurance is optional but strongly recommended, and is issued directly by the insurance provider based on the declared value of items. Delhivery Packers and Movers is not responsible for any damage not covered under the insurance policy. Any damage claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and supported with evidence.

We are not responsible for delays caused by unexpected events such as bad weather, traffic issues, strikes, road closures, accidents, or mechanical problems. In such situations, we will do our best to complete the service safely and as soon as possible. Vehicle transportation timelines may vary depending on carrier schedules and road conditions. Customers must ensure their vehicles are in working condition and free of personal belongings. Fuel levels should be kept to the minimum as instructed.

If storage services are availed, goods will be placed in secure, clean, and monitored facilities. Storage charges will depend on the duration and amount of space required. Customers must not store perishable, hazardous, or illegal items. Payments may be required in advance or in stages based on the service. Full payment must be completed before unloading at the final destination. Delays or non-payment may result in postponement of delivery.

Cancellation after confirmation may incur a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may affect the final charges. While we take every possible precaution to protect your belongings, we are not liable for any damage arising from improper packing done by the customer, undisclosed fragile items, pre-existing damages, or restricted goods. Liability is limited according to standard industry practices and insurance rules.

Customers must cooperate with the moving team and ensure a safe work environment at both locations. Any form of misconduct, threats, or unsafe conditions may lead to immediate termination of service without refund. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Indian law, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the local courts where the service originated.
